A multi-month program on structured problem solving and communication. It's a program, not a job there, and I'd rather say that outright than let the name do work it hasn't earned. The habit I've kept from it is leading with the answer and putting the support underneath.

Summer Camp Counselor
Ran a group of six to twelve year olds through activities, meals, and every transition in between. Plans fell apart constantly and the feedback loop was about four seconds long, which is the fastest I have ever had to figure out whether something was working.
Product Team Lead, LabRecon
Led five people building LabRecon, a research-discovery prototype for UT undergraduates. Wrote the PRD, ran the backlog, cut an automated outreach feature that would have generated spam, and narrowed the build to three features that we presented to more than six judges.
Web & Marketing Intern
Worked with the head of marketing to rewrite about ten Squarespace pages for the adults deciding whether to contact the clinic, documented audience and accessibility gaps, and produced roughly 25 Instagram assets across three creative directions.
Founder
Started and ran an ecommerce jewelry store with my own money. Sourced inventory, built the storefront, set pricing, ran Facebook ads, and fulfilled orders across the country. Shut it down after eight months once the ad spend stopped making any sense.
Barista
Made drinks and ran the register through the rush. Most of that job turned out to be telling people accurately how long they were going to wait.
React Native and Expo app for compulsion tracking and guided sessions. Progress shows up as a plant with five growth stages and 35 days of history instead of a streak counter.
Tested recipes, pricing, packaging, pickup, and delivery. Over 20 customers in the first two weeks.
Peer-to-peer marketplace prototype for UT students. Scoped the first version down to one exchange, browse to sign-in to message, using a Must / Should / Could backlog.
